(vii) The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof

Being a commercial organization, NALCO does not have any members of public for consultation. However, for the purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement of families displaced/to be displaced/affected in connection with NALCO project and for peripheral development around the units of NALCO at Angul and Damanjodi, Rehabilitation Advisory Committees and Periphery Development Committees consisting of representatives of local state administration, the elected local peoples representatives and NALCO executives have been constituted.
