Applications in the prescribed forms are invited from experienced and resourceful vendors to prepare a list of pre-qualified contractors for various categories and class of work involving construction, repair and maintenance works pertaining to civil, electrical, mechanical, metal production, power generation, horticulture works etc at Smelter and Captive Power plants (CPP), at Angul, Orissa. The categories and nature of works are divided into three groups namely group-A(for Smelter only), group-B (for CPP only) and group- C(common to both Smelter and CPP).the panel of enlisted vendors will be used in future for issuing limited tender inquiries as and when required. However, decision regarding issue of such inquiries to enlisted vendors or otherwise, will be at discretion of NALCO and binding on the enlisted vendor.

1.Separate applications forms should be submitted for enlistment against each group. Applications for Group-A are to be submitted to Chief Manager (CONTRACTS), Smelter plant,Angul-759145 and for Groups-B&C to Chief Manager (CONTRACTS), CPP, Angul-759128.

2.Single form may be used for enlistment against more than one category and nature of jobs or class in the same group. The format for application and categories of work are available on the web site www.nalcoindia.com under VENDOR ENLISTMENT The interested vendors may visit the site for details.

3.The prescribed forms may also be obtained in person during working hours from the office of CHIEF MANAGER (CONTRACTS), SMELTER DIVISION or CHIEF MANAGER (CONTRACTS) CPP, on payment of Rs100/=(rupees one hundred only). Forms may also be obtained by post on payment of Rs150/=(rupees one hundred fifty only) by enclosing unstamped self addressed envelope along with the DD towards the application money.

4.Applications in downloaded forms from web site should be accompanied by DD of Rs100/=.

5.The applications should be submitted within sixty days of publication of this notice.

6.Application forms will be available on all working days from offices mentioned above.

7.The contractors who are working and/or enlisted at Smelter /CPP are also required to apply according to the above procedure failing which their names will not be considered for enlistment in the vendors list.

8. All payments should be made in form of demand draft in favor of National Aluminum Company Limited payable at Angul.
