c) SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

1) Invoice is to be raised by the beneficiary at its prices staturory levies and other charges as applicable on the date of dispatch including railways freight in case of freight pre-paid rail consignment.

2) Discrepancy in the material description is acceptable if material dispatched are as per     standardized nomenclature of the beneficiary.

3) All bank charges to opener's account.

4) Reimbursement to negotiating bank shall be made by Bhubaneswar branch of the opening bank of the confirming bank documents shall be forwarded  through the Reimbursing 
Confirming Bank.

5) Interest as per the prevailing bank rate i.e for the period the negotiating bank is out of pocket on negotiating of the documents to opener's account.
